		The Bungie Heel Strap was originally developed for cold water divers who found fin buckles difficult when wearing gloves or mitts, particularly when making surf entries and exits. The elasticity of the Bungie adjusts the tension of the fin around the heel of the foot and with a quick pull of the tab, the fin is easily secured on or pulled off. The Bungie Heel is fitted with a fleece and nylon covered polyethelene heel pad designed to cushion the heel and distribute the tension of the strap. The heel pad is finished with a nylon tab and knob (for SCUBA diving and Float Tube Fishing models of fins) for easy handling with even the heaviest gloves. No need for fragile quick release clips as the Bungie easily stretches around drysuit boots. We use marine grade Bungie for maximum durability.
