Made of polyurethane and designed with a noticeable "V" shape, the fins utilize the diver's energy by channeling water, rather than allowing it to spill over the sides. Although the market mindset may be toward the "board with a foot pocket on it," as Evans describes the fin consumers are used to, he was tired of seeing the same repackaged fins every year.

With little experience in product design, Evans redesigned the traditional fin to both positive and negative response from the diving community, and has already won several design awards.
