Force Fin enlisted the world's finest underwater instructors, a pair of dolphins, to help our first time Force Fin user. Without training or provocation, the dolphins nip at the divers knee each time it bends too much. Like a mother teaching its young, the dolphins slip beneath the diver until he gets it right. Once our diver has corrected his technique, they happily swim along with him. In less than one minute, this diver is kicking efficiently. |

Here are some simple pool exercises to do with your Force Fins. #1. Kick a couple of pool lengths on your back. Notice the boil of water 3' or 4' behind you. By kicking on your back, you'll be able to "see" how well the fins are moving you. #2. Now roll over and get used to kicking with Force Fins in the face down position -- on the surface, underwater, with or without wearing other diving gear. Remember to use a streamlined flutter kick, keeping your range of fin motion within 2' to 3'. Have fun kicking around! #3. Put any other fin on one foot and a Force Fin on the other. Hold onto the edge of the pool. Kick hard for 5 minutes, or until you are tired. You'll find that the leg wearing any other fin will tire much sooner than the leg on which you have worn Force Fin. Diving without fatigue is what Force Fins are about. We like to say that Force Fin divers can dive all day, then dance all night! Now have some fun diving with Force Fins. We are confident that once you get used to the freedom of Force Fins working for you, you'll never want to return to any other pair of fins again. You'll also never again suffer from arch cramps caused by toe squeeze or calve cramps caused by having to drag any other fin up through the water. It's the snap of the Force Fin blade that is catapulting you through the water, not your leg muscles. |
