Force Fins Take Flight in Next Issue of
"Dive Chronicles"

"Instead of wings, my ruby red Force Fins will aid my flight over pristine coral reefs and along sheer walls crowed with life."

~Gale Mead~
Underwater Videographer & Writer

"Off the Beaten Path Mona Island Style" written by Gale Mead with photos by Bob Evans are featured in the up coming issue of "Dive Chronicles". On a recent trip Force Fin President Bob Evans and Gale Mead, along with many other divers had the unique experience to dive Mona Island using Force Fins.

"I long for wings of my own, to soar weightless along walls and through canyons, riding the currents and exulting in the natural beauty of unsoiled wilderness." What was once a dream became a reality at Mona Island for Gale Mead.

Gale Mead has written professionally for more than a decade, including work for National Public Radio, National Geographic, Defenders of Wildlife, and the Committee for the National Institute for the Environment. She currently serves on the board of the San Diego Oceans Foundation, and is working on a freelance basis as a writer and underwater videographer.

Gale Mead bought her first pair of Force Fins six years ago and has been a loyal fan ever since. "They provide speed when I need it, maneuverability when positioning myself for video shots, and they travel exceedingly well. The care and craftsmanship that goes into every pair is unparalleled in the dive industry, as is Force Fin's dedication to customer satisfaction."

What became of Gale Mead's wish to soar like a hawk? One particular dive off Mona Island Gale came across a 150+ sheer wall drop off teaming with life. "Here, at last, I can, and do, soar like the raptors I have envied. Instead of wings, my ruby red Force Fins will aid my flight over pristine coral reefs and along sheer walls crowed with life."
