| "I've recently started swimming again after a long absence. As the reluctant owner of a rare bone disease, I've been kept out of the pool for a long time with lots of complications. But finally getting back into the water has been a small milestone and a dream come true. But I'm not the strongest of kickers and I found that my legs were dragging a bit which was putting some unwelcome stress on my back. So I pulled my old fins from out of the back of my closet and gave them a try. In theory it was great, but I have very sensitive skin and I found that the standard rubber fins literally ripped my feet to shreds. | The Force Fins really caught my eye. Not only did they look fantastic, but the science behind them seemed really sound. After much consideration and fantastic assistance from my local Force Fin distributor, I decided on the Adjustable Slim Fins. We also decided I probably needed a thick neoprene sock to give extra protection for my delicate feet. Well my fins arrived sooner than expected and I didn't have my new socks. But I couldn't wait to try the fins out so I decided to risk them with my old thin lycra swim socks. Well my Adjustable Slim Fins didn't leave so much as a red mark on my feet. The most comfortable fins I have ever tried. But it got even better than that. I thought comfort was the most important factor to me. What I didn't consider was the awesome leg workout these fins give me and they hold my body even and high on the water. The end result is NO leg drag and NO back pain. So without worrying about sore feet and a sore back, I now have time to focus on my breathing and improving my stroke. | |||||||||

| I'm no professional athlete, just someone who loves swimming for fitness and health benefits. My bone disease can be very painful so the weightlessness of water is a genuine relief. But even so, swimming had it's issues. But thanks to my Adjustable Slim Fins, I can get in the water and start swimming and I stop being the girl with the medical problems, and I become the swimmer. Nice and simple. These fins far exceeded my expectations in every way. I cannot recommend them highly enough. And the added bonus if all that weren't enough, is that they look great.
