Adjustable foot pocket affixed to blade with 2 different colored marine cord.   D-Ring nylon heel straps permanently affixed. Convertible to Bungee Straps by cutting off nylon, and affixing Bungee through pre-formed holes. Great fin for cave diver. Sales of this product line were limited to US Coast Guard.
