Beginning of the Internet

ForceFin.com was one of the first 250,000 web pages in existence. That’s web PAGES!

How do we know that? Because Bob Denton is a smart guy.  He is a Force Fin diver. He is the developer of Sink the Stink, and many other innovations. He built the first iteration of ForceFin.com. He then entered the keyword “the” into the web crawler of the time. The results for “the” tallied 225,000 web pages on the entire worldwide web.

It is sometime during 1996. Our Bob Evans was at the kitchen table, busy stuffing envelopes with brochures. The phone rang. Bob Denton was on the line. He instructed Bob Evans to enter “ForceFin.com” in the browser window of our home computer.

Bob Evans nearly fell back off the kitchen chair. It was the end of stuffing envelopes.

Bob Denton is a Force Fin Diver and an innovative guy.

His initiative commenced a saga.

  1. I ordered my third pair last summer. Force Swim fins are perfectly balanced, fit my size 14 propellers just fine. Really enjoying my open water quarry lake swims here in central Texas. Warmer days ahead – more time in the water. Thank you for a quality product.
